Privacy policy
How LinqAi handles your data
LinqAI is a product of LINQ NET LTD. LINQ NET LTD is the legal entity responsible for this privacy policy and for the website at https://linqai.online.
Last updated: 3 October 2026. Contact: hello@linqai.com or jeremyhased@gmail.com.
Who this policy covers
This policy applies to anyone who visits linqai.online or creates a LinqAi account as a creator, brand, or administrator. It explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we use connected social accounts such as YouTube and TikTok, and how you can control that data.
Information we collect
We collect information you give us and information created when you use the product:
- Account details. Name, email address, password, role (creator or brand), and email verification status.
- Profile details. Display name, bio, niche, location, company name, website, and the profile photo you upload to LinqAi.
- Campaign and payment records. Campaign briefs, invitations, deliverables, messages, wallet activity, and payout details you choose to save.
- Technical data. Session cookies needed to keep you signed in, basic device and log data used to secure the service, and optional theme preference stored in your browser.
Google and YouTube data
If you tap Connect on YouTube, Google asks you to authorize LinqAi. We only request the YouTube Data API scope that lets us view your YouTube account (youtube.readonly). We do not ask for upload, delete, comment, or channel-management permission.
After you approve, our servers receive an access token and, when Google provides it, a refresh token. We store those tokens encrypted. We then read, and periodically refresh:
- Your channel name, handle, channel ID, and channel thumbnail
- Public statistics such as subscriber count, video count, and view count
- Recent public upload titles, thumbnails, links, view counts, and like counts
That YouTube information is shown on your YouTube card inside LinqAi and is added into your dashboard audience totals with any other connected networks. It is not copied onto your LinqAi profile photo or used as your LinqAi identity. We do not post to YouTube, upload videos, edit your channel, or use YouTube data for advertising.
You can disconnect YouTube at any time in Social accounts. Disconnecting deletes the stored tokens and the YouTube snapshot for that account. You can also revoke LinqAi in your Google Account permissions.
LinqAi's use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use YouTube data only to provide the YouTube connection feature you requested, not to sell personal data, not to train unrelated models, and not to serve ads.
TikTok and other social accounts
If you connect TikTok or another supported network, we follow the same pattern. After you authorize the connection we store encrypted tokens and fetch profile, audience, and recent public content for that network only. Each network stays on its own card. Dashboard followers and views are the sum of connected networks. We do not post or publish on your behalf unless you later use a feature that you explicitly approve.
How we use information
We use the information above to operate LinqAi:
- Create and secure your account
- Show your connected social stats to you and, where the product requires it, to a brand you are in a campaign with
- Match brands and creators, run campaigns, messages, and payouts
- Keep numbers reasonably current by refreshing connected accounts on a schedule or when you open Social accounts
- Send service email such as verification, invitations, and support replies
- Protect the platform against abuse and fix faults
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run the service:
- With the other party in a campaign you join (brand or creator), limited to profile and campaign information required for that collaboration
- With infrastructure providers that host the app, database, file storage, email, and payments, under contract and only to provide those services
- With Google or TikTok when you choose to connect those accounts, so they can complete authorization
- With authorities when the law requires it
Your YouTube or TikTok password is never shared with LinqAi. Those companies send us tokens after you consent.
Cookies and sessions
LinqAi uses a signed-in session cookie so you stay logged in. We also store a short-lived cookie during social Connect so we can complete the return from Google or TikTok. These cookies are required for the product to work. We do not use advertising cookies.
Retention
We keep account and campaign records while your account is active. Connected social snapshots and tokens are kept until you disconnect that network or delete your account. If you delete your account we remove or anonymize personal data we no longer need, except records we must keep for legal, security, or payment reasons.
Your choices
You can update your profile, upload or remove your LinqAi photo, disconnect a social account, or request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information. Email hello@linqai.com. You can also stop using the service and close your account.
Children
LinqAi is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy in a material way we will update this page and the date above. Continued use of LinqAi after an update means you have read the revised policy.
